Hey my cuzin has an 04 stock Z. I have an 05 SRT crossfire. I dont race but I got the srt bc it was only 32g with 700 miles on it. Again i said I dont race, bc i think its stupid and my dad would kill me, since he paid for it. So my cuz wants to know whether his z would beat my crossfire in a race?

 

I'm not sure, all I know is that the Z will beat the regular crossfire...

Be careful with your car, you sound young. My mom pays for my Z, but I work hard in school.

and yeah the SRT6 will kill a stock Z or even a Z with a couple bolt ons. Probably doesn't handle as well though

A Z will win because i beat a stock crossfire by like 5 car lenghts them things are really slow. But then again i got a lot done to my Z.

SRT6 would smoke a Z. A Z is not at all a fast car...its a well balanced car.

Are we talking about the SRT6 crossfire.... or the Crossfire... they are the same car.. the SRT6 is supercharged.... the regular crossfire is not, i test drove the SRT6 and its FASTTTTT but the visibility inside sucks ***.... you cant see whats around you, thats y i would get the convertable and ONLY the convertable 1

look at the specs and its not a drivers race because the crossfire is auto just have to mash the gas. SRT6 will win!

yeah but since srt6 are stock FI, its DAMn ez to make them fast.

 

i wish i didn't have to make the monthly payments on my Z...good job sweettalking the parents for a fly ride...the srt-6 is quite fast, but overpriced...for $50000, you can get a base Z and force induct the hell out of it with a built motor and smoke most any car under $100K...and the charger won't have a chance, right?...it weighs a whole lot and it's only 340 hp
