If I could do it again, I would have just put that money to some good gripping racing seats. (Recaros, Bride...whatever)


Who was I kidding? this is not a luxury car and the leather just gets old. You feel sticky when it's hot, feels icy when you're cold. The day I realized I really made a mistake was when I took my seats out to work on the interior. Our stock seats are heavier than a sack of bricks!

Nismo OIL cap, bwbwhahahaha! Stupid thing is a pita to get off with the engine cover on. Nice bling though...

I don't regret any of my mods, because I honeslty feel like they made a difference, little as they may be... and yes, this forum gave me the knowledge on what and where to buy the mods that fit my needs.

My Nismo Titanium shifter is my least favorite mod... only because now I like the Nismo GT Titanium shifter for my car better!

Greddy strut tower bar was probably my least favorite, since it seemed to make the least difference (probably didn't notice it because I installed them the same time as my Hotchkis sway bars). Nevertheless, I probably could've saved the $120.

 

Not a performance item per se, but my least favorite mod has been the dash cover I bought. My wife called it a hairpiece for my car. The cover came in 2 pieces which included a little scrap of material to cover the instrument pod. There are just too many different surfaces on a 350Z dash for a dash cover to handle. Mine never conformed iteelf to the contours of the dash. Besides, the manufacturer screwed up the "350Z" Logo anyway. I put up with it for about a week telling myself I liked it before I couldn't take it anymore and rolled it up and stuck it on the shelf.

I somewhat regret my CF cooling plate...I mean it looks good when the hood is popped, but doesnt do anything else really. Could have saved that $ for some sweet stickers. WTF was I thinking

 

does anybody regret any exhaust mods they did. such as too loud or too quiet.

 

I guess any exhaust mod. Ive been thru 2 test pipes, 2 exhausts. I can't stand the sound of my car behing the same for more than 3 months lol. Im ready to get a new exhaust now..its like a never ending cycle.
