Seeing as how the G35 Coupe isn't even a sports car, it should not even be there.

And in terms of sports cars, you think of performance, and the Z is a better performer than the G.

I agree too, but I might be a tad biased.

The Z is still losing, 47.6% to 52.4%.

WTF???!

At least the default is that the Z is checked, not the G35.

I clicked it a bunch, and it varies like hell. sometime the votes are at 734 or somthing, and other times its over 1000 votes. and the percentages vary too.

oh, and it doesnt raise the vote count when you vote repeatedly.

I think its a hoax.

It's not a hoax. The vote count doesn't increase because they don't want the same person voting over and over again. They record your IP or store a cookie so they know not to skew the votes.

Just sent this email to Car and Driver:

Car and Driver,

Regarding your online Poll: "Which 10Best Nissan is the better sports car?"

You list the Nissan 350Z and the Infiniti G35 Coupe. However, whoever designed this poll doesn't know that the G35 Coupe is NOT a sports car. Car and Driver of all magazines should know the difference. Thanks.

Not true. When I voted, it said that there was 1100 votes, I just clicked the link again, and it said that there were 734 votes. How can the votes decrease?

Easy. They have multiple web servers, each keeping their own vote count. Depending on which one you hit, you get different numbers. When voting is done, they take the counts from all the web servers and add em up.
