Angry Lumbar supports.

Does anyone out there make lumbar supports or aftermarket seats with the lumbar bag in them that fit in the Z? I'v done some searching this afternoon and can't find any. I got some crudy news from doctor today. A month ago after i got all my other surgeries taken care of I finally got to start physical therapy for my back hoping it would help the bulged disk in the center of my back and the 2 in my lower back from my car accident but instead it made it wose and he said that the cusion inbetween 2 of the disks in the center of my back is gone. He said surgery can't help me and that he can no longer help me so now I'm waiting on a call from a patiatrist i think he said, said its a physical medicine doctor..sounds the same as a physical therapist to me which is what made me worse.. anyhew if there are any companys that make lumbar supports for the Z I could use some info since it seems I'm gonna need one when my Z arrives.

The USAF has a popular inflatable lumbar support for crewmembers. It fits between the crewmembers back and parachute. Its not attractive but it works. I found several goggle references but they are PDF documents which I cannot link here. Check military surplus sites. There are also sites which sell parachutes to civilians. Best of luck.

Try this site. I've been using mine for 2 years now. Works great.

On the doctors, I went through a dozen before I finally found an orthopedist who would actually do the tests for a correct diagnosis. I had to suffer through spinal fusion surgery but, hey, its a whole lot better than a wheelchair. I've driven my Z non-stop from Las Vegas to LA (3 1/2 hours) and felt great when I got out.

I remembered another link for the inflatable support:

I think their prices are a bit better. Good luck with the Docs -- and don't be afraid to keep pushing for different opinions until you get someone who can really help you.
