To combine the responses, your fluid is low setting off the light during hard driving, and the low fluid is probably due to your pads wearing down causing the brake fluid to go into the system/lines from the reservoir. If your pads are new then it could be a leak.
So if you are ready for new pads don't add fluid as you will have to take it out when new pads are installed and the fluid goes back into the reservoir due to the thicker pads.
I know some of this might be simplistic for some but not all know

hold on, im confused now. What do the brake pads have to do with the brake fluid? I was under the assumption that the pads were just attached to a solid object, like sandpaper attached to an electric sander. When they wear down, the solid object touches the rotor and messes it up. I don't see where the fluid is involved.

The pads are pushed out using hydraulic pressure the system uses the brake fluid.
When you hit the brakes the brake fluid pushes the piston out which pushes the pad on to the rotor, as the pad gets thinner then piston has to go further out for the pad to get on the rotor which causes more fluid to go into the lines and out of the reservoir therefore your fluid level in the reservoir gets low.

Ok, I gotcha on that. I definitely understand the mechanics of how the brakes work. However, The brake pad is what....1-2 inches max? I don't think that minimal (2-4 inches on the generous side counting both sides) of a difference would do that.
I would think its more of the "swishing" of the fluid. Admittedly, I don't know ****e about this kinda stuff. Still, I'm stickin to my theory.
Either way, put some F'n brake fluid in!

I checked my car.
There are two container (why there are two??). One is near Max, one is a little bit below the middle between max and min.
So should I add brake fluid into it??
And which brake fluid should i get??
Sorry for these idiot questions...

check your owner's manual for the brake fluid specs. I have no idea why there are two. I've only had my car for 3,000 miles so I haven't explored that much into it.
