It's a tough question. Espically since you live in a foreign country, so Zs are probably super rare and cool over there.

The Z3M is intoxicating. The inline engine is just so good. Where the VQ feels grenade like at high rpms, the inline pulls hard.

As a Z owner I say go with the M coupe. It's a very special BMW in paticular.

 

This may sound really funny...but in all of the NISSAN motors OFFICIAL...the main nissan that is...

3-2005 models--1 auto , 2 manual.

they got no more..after that its the 2006 model...arriving in FEBRUARY!!!
and yes..42 K $ WITHOUT counting the interest rate and insurance....IT ADDS UP TO A ****LOADof MONEY....not to mention monthly payments of around 1000 USD

its got high demand here...u see ,the guy already dropped 4K form his intail asking price for the 2004 model...

the NAVI SYSTEM is NEARLY 4k$ , and they said they have never fixed it on a Z before....what ****ing ******!!!!!!Even though i told them i wanted it!!!
now someone will sell it to me for 1500$ ...

i jsut called the sales guy, gave him hell about feathering and connecting rods the right drift...
he was like DUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, it has a warranty..i told him "No **** einstein, are u serious? it comes with a warranty too?"
an even sillier reply was " yes sir, 60000KM or 3 yrs"

him: it has 3 yrs warranty sir.
me: i know that, u just told me.but do u know abou thte problems>?

Get a Z for god sake! Cos you live in UAE and it's gotta be rare. Bimmers is just too common.....almost feels like a honda accord.

let me tell you something since we live in the same country,, first off I drive the hell out of my car and I always streer race, actually when I get outside my houses parking; I drift the car right away and burn the tires , for me I dont baby the Z,, this car really put a smile in my face, not becuase I own one neither I'm a member here, but because I simply love the way it drives especially when you start modding it ( and I'm sure you wont stay stock for long if you keeping visiting Z forums ),,

And the manual trans. is the way to go EVEN if you get stuck in the traffic, COMMON your driving a sports car it should be manual.

For me I had zero problems with the Z ( knock on the wood ),, nothing major, only changed the brakers at 10000KMS since I brake it hard,, oh and about the tire feathering, I have the '05 model and didnt notice any problem with the tires for 15000KMS before I dropped new rims/tires,,

Get the Z. I got my 2003 adjusted and new tires. Since then absolutely no tire roaring and no unusual wear. Also, due to your location, I don't think you need the heated seats.

i had my previous 91 300zx NA, it was auto...i drove its soul out from under the hood, the online problems i ever had were like a hundred minor things...but the biggest was the tranny which blew first gear...
i was parking and oput it in reverse and heard a huge SNAP or metal banging...i pout it in Drive and the thing hardly moved..., as stupid as i am...i went down in the garage under my buiklding...next moorning it was pulling on 3rd gear and wouldnt go up a slope of 20 degrees...
i had to back it up in reverese to get out...then it snapped again and was fixed....
then one day, i had juist 1st and 3rd only...
it was a mess...and i wished to god to have a MT for a Z..
to be honest..when i went out looking for a car...i never ever thought of the Z, even though it was my first love...until i spotted a 2004 silver one in a showroom...and here i am getting a new one....
