Here's the deal. It takes about an hour to do. I didn't want to take out the console so I had to squeeze my hand in there to get the last of two of the screws. Otherwise It would have only taken 15 minutes or so. I bought a roll of black carpet at Walmart for $8.94. It is a 6' x 3' roll of trunk carpet found in the automotive section below the automotive floormats.

BTW- No handle required comes off easily yet stays put with the velcro. It helps to hide the compartment without the a handle. Might have to get out the dremel tool to do it. But, you could put one on there. However, it's not really needed.

That looks very nice mecinoid. I slapped in a Sony Sub and hid my amp in my glove box. I still have enough room to put all of my junk in there too, cause the amp perfectly fit in the bottom plastic glovebox tray. If I wouldn't have wanted a little bass and put in my sub I would deff do what you did. It looks very nice.

Yeah, I have all sorts of storage in my Z Now. I can't believe how much stuff I can haul around in her now.

Well, it's not my Pathfinder, but you know what I mean.......
