Well, maybe the package is delayed cuz of the holidays? Try calling them and asking about your order.

they are always fast and courteous. Have had several shipments from other sources delayed due to holidays. Best bet is to call them like I want a 350z said

I have purchased from them three times in the past two months and they have been excellent superfast shipping, a guy by the name of Mitch in the parts department is who I always deal with he's on the ball no problems. Your problem is probably with the USPS.

Just give them a call, there's a toll-free number on their website.

I ordered a touch-up paint pen and a cargo net about a month ago. When I called a couple weeks ago, they told me that the touch-up pen is on back order and that is what is holding up the pen. I'm in no hurry to get the cargo net, so I just told them to wait and ship both items when the pen arrives.

I ordered from them back in August. Had prompt delivery, and contact through e-mail was great. I'm sure it's just UPS. I had a FedEx package come yesterday morning that was shipped out OVERNIGHT on 12/29. Show's how quickly they get their packages to their customers... ha... I'm sure it's just the fact that they're backordered or it's UPS.

Default I ordered 7-28-02, still not delivered

I ordered KYO splash guards, door edge guards and a truck mat. First the splash guards were back ordered, and then the door edge guards are not available in USA. So after several e-mails and the 800 number, on 12/31 they were to ship by UPS; still not on UPS's tracking system.

Roger at Courtesy gave me a break and honored the 7/28 prices(which are higher now) and a credit for the door edge guards and shipping. I recieved the PayPal credit 12/31, but still waiting for the parts. If you have a problem with on-line orders from Courtesy, call Roger/Dave/Mitch/Bruce at 800-527-1909, very customer oriented, but expect long delievery dates..

Sorry about not getting back to you in a timely manner regarding your order. (No excuses.)

One of the items you ordered is sold out. It is posted at our website now, but I understand at the time of your order it appeared the clear markers were available. Please contact me Monday at 800.527.1909 to update your order.

Your order is in transit with an expected delivery date of this Wednesday (01/08).

When you placed your order, the splash guards and door edge guards were not available from Nissan and this was stated on our website.

The splash guards just released recently (late December). The door edge guards have been dropped as an accessory.

We generally ship orders within 24 hours of receiving them if the parts are available.

Placed an order on the 26th and it was shipped the next day and received the 3rd. Placed another order on the 27th and that one was delayed but was shipped on the 2nd still waiting. The last one I think the holiday rush with everyone off work and ordering was the problem.

Used USP Ground Cheep

SO FAR GREAT SERVICE.

I ordered something for my Max on the 27th and I got UPS Ground so I was expecting it to take about a week. I e-mailed them asking for a tracking number and they prompltly replied stating that the order was incomplete and it was their error. The upped the shipping to 2 day air for no extra cost. Great customer service.
