Man, what is up with all the dangerous deadly speeds lately!

My best friend, AJ, died last night in a horrible car accident. He was the driver of a 2003 Nissan 350z Touring and it is believed that he was running from a cop at around 130mph when hitting another vehicle after blowing a stoplight. The Z was in flames 20ft high, however AJ was thrown 10 feet from the car. The paramedics said he had a pulse and was breathing but a short while later at the hospital we were told that he had died. I want to personally let you guys know that the cars you own are very powerful, do not take advantage of them. He made a stupid decision and now he has to deal with the consequences....with god. I am not looking for a response I just wanted all to know that another fellow Z owner was lost last night.

Wow, Ive heard death comes in three's, its happened around me that way a few times. Now in one week we have had a Z driver get hit by a drunk driver die. Another Z owner die as a passenger in his own car, and now this. Sorry to hear this. Im sure nobody agrees with what he was doing when he died, but at the end of the day its a loss of life. Guys drive smarter, be careful...

Sorry to hear, but if you are "running from a cop at 130, blowing through stoplights" i dont have much remorse. What do you expect is going to happen? Luckily no one else was killed in that total stupidity.

Sorry you had to lose your best friend like this. We need to respect our freedom of driving whenever and wherever we are...have fun, but use your head.

How old was he? Not even when I was 16 would I have done something so reckless. Thank god he did not kill anyone else.

I have mixed feeling here

a life has been lost, but what a moron runs from police, and risks othere peoples lives?

he could have killed YOUR loved one too...

 

geez killing yourself is bad... even worse when you take some inoccent person out with you

 

This is bad news all the way around. I think the police should stop chasing people if they are going that fast unless they done something really really wrong. Its insane for someone to drive that fast in an attempt to get away from the law but its also crazy for a police officer to chase someone around like that knowing what the end result is going to be.
Dont get me wrong, Im not blaming the police at all. Clearly the driver should have stopped and shouldnt have been going that fast to begin with. Its just a shame.

 

i hate to hear this stuff...kids doing dumb things and getting killed...it sucks that it took this happening to get him to stop...RIP...everyone be careful on the roads, especially in the winter
