Hey guys just bought a black 2003 350z last night. I realized today that I dont see an indicator light on the passenger side for the alarm. There is nothing there. I checked the manual and it discusses the alarm and the location of the light but I dont see any light only a plastic round circle where it should be..

I thought all 350z came with the alarm was I mistaken?

 

i dunnoe, i got the alarm on my 03 touring. My best bet if for u to go back to where u bought the Z and ask them about it. They should add it on or something.

 

Well if you got a key fob, then you have the factory alarm...

 

I have an 03 Track and the red LED alarm indicator is on the dash of driver side, not the passenger side.

Yes, they should be in the drivers side.

 

Your right it was on the drivers side. However, it does not blink...and does not activate. I had it moved from one car max to another and they left the remote behind - they are going to send it to me does it only activate with the remote?

 

It appears in the owners manual that it cannot be activated w/out the keyfob. Thanks guys!
