I just got home and got an e-mail from my father who lives in Trabuco Canyon...
With the subject:
Look What's Parked On Our Street
And he attached These Pictures:
I will try and post them now if they don't go through it's the LeMans Sunset with the 562 Plates

Very satisfied that I ordered this color... light brownish smoke tinted windows... BAM - kick it up a notch!
*drooling*
BTW - when you see the bembo brakes on all the cars - that's the color you should think of when you think Sunset LeMans.

But the car looks good in the driveway!
I live right across the street.
The owner works at Nissan HQ in Torrance or Gardena (can't quite remember which city it's in - I went to North High, in Torrance, if anyone knows the area).
He's in Marketting, and the Z is his program.
He also drove the Daytona Blue Track model a few days earlier. I like that color much more (sorry, no pics as it was getting dark when I talked to the owner).
He fired up the engine ... great sound. Both were 6 speeds. I think the Track model even had NAV.
The Daytona Blue was there just Wednesday night. The Sunset was there Thursday thru Sunday.
He said Nissan may do a convertible, too.
<edit to add more stuff>
We also talked about the Car & Driver online review, too. Expect it back tomorrow (July 3rd). That's Nissan press embargo for reviews of the Z. He said someone hacked into C&D's website and published the article.

I hear filling the crankcase with gear oil fixes the problem...

I really like the sunset . It's amazing .. However I think it really makes a difference when you have the rear spoiler and the rays rims ..
When that car is parked, take a look at how these rims make the car (and color) look so much better in this link.. I love it ! Hell, I cant decide whether to get the silverstone or blue.. I may just get the sunset then ! Just like the one in the picture here
