put the URL of the image in [IMG] [/IMG] tags.

When you create a post, click the "Go Advanced" button at the bottom....Then at the top, look for the icon for "Add Image"

You need a server to host the images. StreetNeeds is free and easy to use. I select the ECZA folder.
After the image has been uploaded, copy the address and paste it in the forum.

It's also apparently the SLOWEST image server on the planet. It took well over a minute to load those two images...
