Nismo DOES buy the car, modify it, and sell it back to the delear. Then the dealership sells the car for 20-30K more than the stock car. Its just the same way how BMW's M division and Mercedes AMG division work here in the states. Another really cool thing... all of the Nismo cars don't have speed limiters... unlike the M cars and the AMG cars. The delear can also install items for you but I think they only do S-tune parts like here in the states.
