Attention Daytona Blue Owners! Question For You
if you have a daytona blue 350z and uve scratched the bumper slightly AND used nissans touch up paint, can you tell me how well the touch up paint looks on your car after putting it on? can you still see the scratch marks or whatnot? i just scratched my bottom right part of my bumper on the curb of a sidewalk and theres a quite a bit of scratchs on it. i bought 2 bottles of touch up paint from nissan. so tell me daytona blue owners, how does the touch up paint look?
the touch up will give you a temp look. From far away, you will not see the "white" mark scratch but when you get a close up look, you will see the blue line from your touch up paint.
Well here is what I would do. If it is in a spot that you really can't see...I would use an airbrush and hit the areas.
The one thing you will notice about Daytona Blue is there are many variations of the blue. Look at your Fuel door...I bet it doesn't match.

well its only on the bottom part of the bumper, its not a place where everyone looks at a lot. so im not too worried about the line.. but overall touch up paint should be fine right?
