well i just took my car to nissan because the service engine soon light was completely on. they called me saying that there is something wrong with the throttle or something like that. i have an 06 enthusiast. does anyone else have this problem too? i only have 800 miles on the car and already there is a problem. should i be worried that i got a lemon?

well sometimes you have problems on new cars, it happens

it cant be called a lemon endless you have the same problem more than once ( 3 times)

keep an eye in it and if you keep having the same problem its a lemon...

Yep, there's nothing that a Nissan mechanic...err, excuse me, technician....can't fix with brute force and a large hammer!

hahhahahaha...so you think we don't know that only the rev-up engine has a flux capacitor for 10 extra horsepower. I didn’t fall of the back of a turnip truck you know.

yeah sorry to make jokes but i'm don't think you have anything to worry about
as far as getting a lemon. i would think most of the problems have been ironed
out by now since you have a 2006. probably just a fluke and nothing major.

If it is the "throttle position sensor," try resetting the ECU. I had a problem with that and it took the Nissan "master" tech three days to figure that one out. This is a common problem in drive by wire cars.

Same thing happen to me the first nite I got it home (bought it used) I was so **** I thought the dealership sold me a bad deal but I went to get it check out and they said its the "throttle position sensor" and readjust a few things (which I don't think they did) and 2000 miles later I am problems free...

they did say if it happens again they will replace the throttle actuator... I want that light to go on so bad somehow...
