Default Crashed my month old 06 Z!!!

well this is my first post, unfortunatly its not a happy one. I had my Z for not even a month and some Bit*h cuts me off in Hollywood. Both airbags deployed and you can see the rest. I MISS MY FU**ING CAR.
P.S. to all z owners!!
Watch out for dumbass drivers on the street cuz they can take ur care away from you just cuz they dont know how to drive!

P.S.S
i told the body shop to color match the grill. ill post pics when i get it back.

That's unfortunate! Like they say, it takes hundreds of bolts to assemble car, and one nut to scatter it all over the road!

You should have joined the forum when the car was new and in good shape. Sorry about the incident. I’m not a accident investigator, but it looks to me like you hit something in FRONT of you. How did that happen?

i was going down a 2 lane street in the right lane, left lane was stoped waiting for somone to make a left. as i was aproaching the intersection one of the cars that was waiting jumped into my lane without looking and i couldnt stop in time. i hit her right rear corner. she was driving a 1992 ford explorer.

Hey X1526,
Use this negative as a positive. Now you can repalce your hood with a Carbon fiber hood at the expense of your insurance. My good friend hit a Deer her in Nebraska and replace the front bumper shin, lip, hood with mods of his choice and the insurance paid most of it. At first I felt sorry for him, but now he has a bad asz looking Z. Hang in there man! Go for it! It's Mod time!!!!

I feel your pain bro. I got in an accident in a one month old 2005 350. Glad to have squeezed out 3800 hard driven miles out of it though.

Did you crack her skull open?

I would have hit myself in the nose and sued her ***. The pain would be something else to focus on and would keep me from physically abusing the person, and it would also put me on top financially after all is said and done.

People who drive like that should have their licenses taken away permanently. There is no excuse for it.

Sorry for your loss. Hope you get squared away nicely.

I hope it truly isn't your fault, because from the looks of that pic you rear ended someone.

Just wondering ... how old are you and how many years have you been driving?

I've found that plenty of people have been able to jump in front of me but not one has managed to stop faster than me. There have been some close calls but that's what they make other lanes for. Drive careful ... a broken car can be fixed where a broken skull can't.

damn.... some guy rear ended me really bad one month after i got my 01 civic, costs 6500 to fix.. funny thing is i got the license plate the next day and the envelope said please dont crash... drive SAFE!! but sorry to hear... insurance say it was your fault or the lady's? if she cut you off pretty bad then its her fault, but hopefully you had a passenger or a witness because in the end its your word against hers.
