JmanZ, enroll our club in ClassicSoftTrim for discounts on leather seats!
They have a section called "Car Club Specials" and it doesn't have any Nissan clubs listed.
Be the first to put us up there... before Zcar or other sites.
We can get group discounts or just special prices.

Great Idea!
I am going to put so much time into this club, it's crazy. I can already envision car rallies and get togethers where we choose or vote on a location every year or two years and we all dive there and then do some massive trip or whatever.
A Gumball Rally, Z style.
Man, what a trip that would be..... I can't wait. My wife is really excited about it as well. She's been in the Pacific NorthWest BMW Chapter for some time with her Dad and her brother, and last year, her baby, a MINT 83 BMW 320i took first place in their annual get together in it's division. Main reason it won was because of the condition of her car, it is crazy mint. She's so set on her car. If I offered her a new 330ci, she'd most likely pass.
Guys like to upgrade, women it seems, at least some, get rather connected and don't like to change their wheels once they've bonded with them. I suppose we can all understand that.
Jill... you like that too?

Jman, get us hooked up!
Zgirl, there is no orange... but RED, Blue, tan, etc would be awesome. They have YELLOW too... =)
1st trip = I say we go to Vegas... sin city baby!

if we go to vegas, how about we park the cars right on the entrance to the Venetian hotel. That would be the perfect picture for our 1st annual my350Z club meet.
Maybe BullishZ can have Kobe bring some of her friends too

The MR2 group is in the middle of another GB with CST. They have had very good luck with the previous GBs. The savings CST is offering them is quite a discount...List Installed price $999 vs. GB Installed price $695 vs. GB DIY $395. Here's the link for their GB as reference (I have linked to the page with the pricing/config info) I don't think the initial GB would be as good for the 350Z, but I am guessing with all the non-Touring models being sold, there will be plenty of demand.
CST is very helpful, but they really respond best to a well-organized group...meaning a single point of contact. Not everyone and their uncle calling and asking all kinds of questions. I would recommend that we let one person (Jmanz if he wants it, or someone else to relieve him of all the work) gather the info from them. If you have questions, post it here and we can build a list of questions to ask at one time. Of course, this would probably be something that will have to wait until the cars are actually shipping. I would be surprised if they all ready have the patterns for the car, but I could be wrong.
Sorry for the novel, just try to contribute to the community.

ZGiRL81,
What color seats did you get in your DB Touring? I am trying to imagine the different color combinations. Depending on the color of blue, a blue/black combo might be nice. Then again red could be interesting. I can't really envision the Burnt Orange in DB. Interested to see what it would look like though.

I am assuming since Classic soft trim is supposed to be the official installer of Nissan Leather seats(aftermarket), that they will carry all of the standard factory colors.
I may be wrong on that assumption......You know what assuming does

They say 3-4 days for the full job.
Oh, BTW... trust me man! The red leather is perfect for white cars. Look at the S2000... their White is only offered in Red. Nothing more.

When I visited the local Classic Soft Trim Installation Center, the manager said it would only take a day to install, assuming he had the kit. I don't know how long it takes to get a kit ordered, made, & shipped though. He inferred that mixing colors would not add to the cost. I can't decide between a rich palomino tan, or red center with black bolsters.
I like the idea of ME driving the Z there and back, instead of ......:
And yes, I think I posted this on the old site.

I'd love to see leather/alcantara seats installed just like the ones that come stock in the audi s4. Just think how good it would look for you daytona blue owners out there to get your seats centers covered in blue alcantara with black leather trim surrounding it.
