besides these body kits are 100% functional so everything serves a purpose

same with the wings they are just for show the help to keep the cars planted to prevent spin outs............even if the purpose of drifting is to break the bakc end loose your gonna have to control it so quit raggin think every thing is ricey
those body kits are NOT 100% functional. I would love for you to show me proof that they have been tested in a wind tunnel. I prefer the stock lines of the car for the most part. There are 2 body kits i like, jdm nismo and vertex.

For me baseball is boring as hell on TV (unless it is the playoffs), but fun to watch live Atleast give it a fair shake before making your final judgement and passing it off as a waste of tires

Example: Don't be like a childhood friend of mine that says that Sushi is nasty when he has never eaten it.
i'd take you up on your offer, but i dont see myself going to cali anytime soon.

i think sushi is nasty and i've never tried it

Most of these cars use authentic aero kits desinged for max performance they arent just show bullsht kits like you see on ricer civics and what not..............its obvious you know nothing of aero performance, not all body kits are made for show many of aero kits from japan are actually designed with the use of maximum downforce in mind.........so once again you shouldnt be so closed minded.........

and another thing sushi is awesome in small doses

show me proof that all these kits you speak of are tested in a wind tunnel. I'm willing to bet money they are not.

what a pointless arguement here.. if you don't like drifting, then don't watch it, but still lots people like it, it always has certain value for some people. a thing gets popular always has a reason, but always has pro and con.

by the way, i like the drift cars better than the nascar cars, because all nascars cars look the same.

Was going to send out the Cwest site but Rickdogg beat me to it. I also heard somewhere that drifting was one of the fastest growing motorsports segments right now. Not sure if it's true but if it is, it could mean it will be around for a while. Not everyone is going to like it, but I think it's great as it exposes more people to motorsports and it's different so it's more likely to garner attention from the casual fan.

OMG....ok....

Kudos on starting a long controversial thread that grew faster than Cali. brushfire.

I realized you're the same cat that likes to get all the Automatic Transmission guys fired up and going.

just quick ?? for the original poster........have you ever seen drifting in real life????i am not talking about internet videos, or your buddy "drifting" a corner on the street, but real d1 drifting from 10-15 feet from the track???????
go to a d1 event and watch it up close. if you have and still dont like it, go watcha circle track race or stick to the drag strip.........oh wait you might start a post about burnouts destroying tires...................open your mind and stop being a redneck.

Looks rather difficult but I personally don't like it. To each his own, I'm not going to talk ****. It's just not for me.
