No Ciggarette lighter

No Ciggarette lighter
Picked up my 2006 about a month ago. I noticed that the two power outlets didnt have a ciggarette lighter in it? Did the dealership forget this, or is the car like this?

I like the idea of no cigarette lighter outlet but I'd like a radar detector outlet instead.

Nissan is against smoking or something like that. That's is what the dealer said when he sold my sister the altima. And same goes for our Pathfinder.
