Default 05 Chrome Silver Comparison to 06 Silver Alloy

Anyone have pics of the 2 colors side by side by any chance? I did a search for silver alloy in this forum and didn't see any comparison threads.

someone needs to post pics of liquid aluminum, chrome silver and silver alloy so we can all see the difference between each one.

And people wonder why there are so many silver Z's on the road. Let's add Silverstone to the list.

I'll start with the Silverstone 350Z:

This is a Chrome Silver 350Z:

This is a Liquid Alum 350Z:

This is a Silver Alloy 350Z:

Edit: There's the last one. (Silver Alloy) I still wish they were in a side by side picture in the same light. I mean even different cameras are going make a slight difference. But, there it is.

Elms - I agree, however, in person the Chrome looks a tad more like Chrome with the metal it has in it and the Liquid Alum is a bit duller like Alum is. Really kinda hard to see in these pictures. I'll see if I can find a better CS to post.

Shouldn't be a problem.....

When I mixed my silverstone for my car, there was a lot of blue needed in it to get the darker, yet silver tone. I just recently got my 06' tint books, and the silver alloy has more white pearl and metallic than the previous. The codes for the new tint changed from the older colors.

I've seen all three of them in person and compared with each other.

Silver alloy looks just like Chrome silver but slightly lighter. When the sun
goes down, Chrome silver gets more gray-ish.
Liquid Aluminum looks very vibrant. - shiney. I wish I had Liquid Alum but they cost extra 1K for the paint because it's 3-stage paint!
Somehow, Silver alloy looks kinda dull looking...kinda stuck between white and silver.

I prefer Chrome silver or Silver stone if you going to put unpainted CF bodykits or dark colored wheels on them.
