I do it on a hard downshift to keep the stress on the trany to a minimum but then again I rarely do a hard downshift durring street driving...
So the answer would be yes, but very rarely....

I am usually just cruising around so I let my car slow down well before I even have to put on the brakes. It gives me better gas mileage as well and saves the brakes a bit.
Where I live, if I was racing around downtown or, on the way to the store; one of the motorcycle cops would get me for sure.
I will use heel/toe when I come into a 15mph hair pins and want to go in and out of it fast for fun. Also, when I am in the twisties I throw all of that to the wind and heel/toe whenever I can. I love mountain roads a few miles from here and a car that was made for going fast through them.

im starting to think i may be using it to much is that possible i? i guess you could say i am an agressive driver, haveing been forced my brakes to stoptech stage two's. but i honestly cant remeber the last down shift i didnt heel toe. last shift i remeber was out of a 100mph+ sweeper in to a 4th gear turn...dont know how fast the 4th gear turn is to focused on driving. and just know that 4th is a good gear for it. with a second gear 90° turn emidiatly after it. is any one else out there this agressive. im not always out to kill but i would not say i put around.

i heel and toe often i used to do it alot im my 300zx but i had to retrain myself on my 350 cause the gas pedal is in a diffrent place. ive also been practicing doing it in each gear. its alot harder than my old 94 300. it also saves the trani cause your not using it to slow you down.

Depends what shoes I'm wearing. With my boots they are a bit harder and I find my self over braking. I also find double de clutching more fun to do than regular downshifting. My track is the street.
