When comparing the Anniversary VIN Prefix to a regular Z, there is no difference. The trim code ( AE) is the only way to distinguish an Anniverary 350Z from regular production"

This came to me from another board member who got it from a Dealer Operations Manager, Central Texas, Nissan North America.
AE Code (Trim Code)...where do you find this? I found something that says WV2...what does that mean???

I have the exact same sticker with a 217 on it so I guess it has nothing to do with the AE. Although I also have a SB 35th bought in August.

Good question, where do you find the AE trim code?

So, where do you find the trim code? is it posted on the car or on the paperwork associated with the car?

Are you a member of the ZGCA? I live in CT and am a member. We are having a Rhode Island meet on May 13. So far there more than 50 cars attending. I only joined this year, but they say that 70 cars attended last year. Here is the link to the club forum: http://www.g350zforums.com/

Default i found the AE (trim) code...

For those who have 35ths (US Editions), the trim code can be found on the inside of the door (where it says the weight of the car, the vin, etc)...it will say "trim" on one of the sections, BUT unfortunately, it does NOT say anything about which # ur 35th was...all it really says is the code for the trim...mine simply says "G" as the trim code...and the color code is WV2 (Silverstone) but other than that...there's not much u can do about finding out which # ur 35th is...which sucks...but this is not for sure if anyone knows anything else, please post it! thanks

Well ok, but we're the only ones that have the rev up without the extra weight. So back to the #s, anyone know how to find out what your number is?

Well, it did kind of suck that Nissan decided to make the 5 spoker "anniversary" wheels standard for the '06's, but until every single Z comes with Brembos and a leather interior, I'm going to have to disagree.

And +1 to MI 35th's comment. I originally thought that the '06 LED tails were cool, but now after looking at them much closer, the '03-'05 tails look a billion times better. They fit the overall styling of the Z much more fluidly.

I agree. It was very disapointing to see Nissan use the anni wheels as stock on the 06's, but they dont have the leather and Brembos, and they are not anniversary models. There was a limited number of anni's produced, and we are lucky enough to own them.
