I checked the wiring to the speaker and to the rear of the HU and all checks okay. Is it possible that a bad speaker would be completely silent or would it still make noise? Also, are the rear speakers 6.5"? What a pain in the a$$ to get to them!

 

my front driver side door speaker dosent work...."while listening to cds".sometimes when i hit a bump it will come on....sometimes when i brake hard.....it will stop workin again! nissan quality is a joke!

 

typically that just means you need to clean the lens.

I'm on cd player #9. I've had 3 with the "lost sound through one set of speakers". I took it back and had it replaced.
