Exclamation bondo

i wanted to remove my spoiler from my z. can the autobody shop fill in the holes? is it possible to do that? thanks

Yup. At my shop, we usually weld shut the little holes. Then again most shops will bondo the holes shut and then refinish the hatch.

To do it right you would want to have the holes welded/filled in with a MIG welder most likely. Then it would be ground down flat, bondo applied, yadda, yadda, yadda, and painted. They can just be filled in with bondo but me personally on a Z I would not do that. I supervise a body shop here on base and welding in the holes is really easy, most of the labor will be in the bondo work and paint.
