But look at the rarity of the Supra. I think the sales were in the triple digits before it was discontinued in the states.

NOTHING will really happen, market-wise or will we gain any sort of infamy.

Now you might become sort of popular rolling through the parking lot of your local highschool but thats about it!

 

the Z in FnF3 has widebodykit, veilside one.. thats not TOO rice. and usually people tend to copy cars exactly the same. i dont think too many riced Z will be out. plus, its not like Z is that affordable for high school. i went thru high school paying for the Z and it was a @$%@%.. FnF riced out alot of civic and eclipses because those are affordable. but you rarely see riced out Skyline, Evo, Rx7 or S2000

 

even if the supra wasnt a rare car, how many highschool kids can afford a Z, or even how many of their parents would get them one? 27K is a chunk of change for a first car.

yeup...i can imagine local highschool kids yelling out "drift that thang yO!"

 

How many can afford a USED 03 or 04 Z? More than we would like to think. There will be alot more younger drivers as the prices drop and owners sell to get into a newer, maybe faster car...GTR, etc. My NEW 34k 03 Touring is now worth about 21k. And yes this will affect our insurance.

 

i dont think z while run into ll these problems, casue it already hit the Hollywood status with the NFSU series.............but i could be wrong there are many ppl who have not seen the z..........mani hope they dont f it up for us with this crap movie

Watch the Z loose to the American muscle that it goes against on the cliff drifting scene. Check out streetfire.net for the secret clip. It's dumb, because the Z is much more suited for drift than an SS or whatever it was against. And it spins out in the battle for some reason, and the SS flies right on by. Dumb.

It'll make people think the Z isn't up to what it is said to be. Which some already think, which is stupid.
