What do you think will happen to our Z's when Fast & Furious Tokoyo Drift comes out?
Due to the way Nissan has reponded to trends in the past, I think this movie will popularize the Z, having a negative effect on resale value. I think Nissan will probably start adding additional incentives such as rebates to base and enthusiast Z's, to make them more affordable for the younger market. So be prepared to see your local high school with a couple more 350z's. Hopefully, that won't be the case.

Didn't those kids mimicking 2f2f die in a head on collision (2f2f style)? I guess one of them didn't realize he was suppose to play the dude that chickens out at the last second

Speaking of value, the Toyota Supra and the Z will be different. When I got my Toyota MR2 2.0L at the dealership, there were maybe only 1, or 2 Supra(s) at the showroom. I remember they had a Limited Edition Red Supra with red stripings non-Turbo for $29,xxx that I wanted to get because of my price limitations. When I got my $14.99 oil changes at the dealership, sometimes I don't see any Supra in the dealership. Look at 300ZX Turbo, which cost almost the same as Supra Turbo, but produced a lot more than the Supra, and the price today reflects that. Today, I took a drive to the city because .... I'll post a thread later, but I saw at least 25 2006 Zs in front of a dealership that is almost finished with remodeling. I guess the dealership order that many for their grand re-opening. I don't think at any time did you see that many Supras at the dealership, or even at meets (maybe I'm wrong on the meet). I hope my Z value goes up, but I'm not banking on it. When the movie comes out, there probaly be more Z and less questions about "What kind of car is it?"
