It makes authentic Z engine sounds and looks very close to the Z. I got one as a gift, I love it. It makes a neat desk toy. When I am missing my Z, I listen to this toy and feel happy that I own a Z.
I got that same one as a stocking stuffer for Christmas, I love it. Glad I'm not the only one to keep it on my desk at work to help liven the day up. The screaching noises made by turning the car are the best I think.

YES!!! the radio shack next to my work has one more left...for $1.47. I would advise any1 to call their nearest shack, so you wont have to pay shipping.
