No. Parking and taking several spaces is rude – even if the lot is empty. I generally park away from other cars, but only take one space.

If it's not crowded and you are parking far away from the building, why double park it?!

I try to avoid parking lots - car is for fun and it's the most fun not parked. That said, if I have to park it, I park far away and try to find an island. Often the spaces next to concrete islands are a tad wider than regular spaced. I park with the passenger side as close to the island as possible, which leaves a bunch of room on the driver's side.

One of the two times I've been to WalMart in the last year and that is when someone rammed a cart into my car there... Probably would have happened if I were parked straight, but I'm sure the crooked definitely attracted some jealous, welfare hick's attention.

The place you are talking about is on Whitemarsh Island plaza, this is Willmington Island next to K rogers! About 8 minutes away I just thought I would see how many of you park like this, the lot was empty and I did not see a reason for him to park like that cus the car was DIRTY!!!
Peace!

Because... A lot of times no matter how far I park some jack@ss still parks next to me.

Most recently I was at a Target and parked at the end of an aisle and didn't double... came back and there was a lifted F150 right next to me! That's why!!!

i dont see what the big deal is with that car there are like 2 other cars in the parking lot so as far as i can tell no one is gonna give a rats @ss if he took up 5 spots...(if that were possible) i understand if its busy and not a lot of parking but that is an empty lot... having said that i take up 2 spots every day at work right next to my friends g35c its hard not to though cause our cars look so nice parked next to each other taking up 4 spots we park on the side of the building where not many people park anyway though..

If theres a spot very close to the street [traffic] thats where I park, people usually don't f*ck with cars when theres people constantly driving by.

YOU are So right. My Supra was keyed in a bank parking lot because I took 2 spaces.
Now I park on left end spots or FAR away from entrances. Never in a market parking lot

I agree and I have to admit- while I've never done anything like keying someone's ride (or anything at all, for that matter), I have thought terrible thoughts when seeing people take up multiple spaces...

Parking really close to them though is a good one

lol, File a complaint to who? My mom? It's PRIVATE PROPERTY!!! I know the owner, so good luck with the complaint if he chooses to. Not to mention the fact that he was illegaly parked on private property which is grounds for your vehicle to be towed at the property owners discretion. Not trying to be a dick either.

Anyway, the thought of that did cross my mind but I dont have PhotoShop installed and plus you cannot make out the 3rd character in his plate accuratly. But just curious, whats the big deal with posting license plates on cars? You guys aren't crazy lunatics are you?
Peace!
