not enough $$ to walk away from a new M5 except for the TN ST. Still...if you include tuning, gauges, clutch, install, etc etc... $5000 is not enough. Great kit tho.

Well.... for $4500 you can purchase the Turbonetics kit..... But you will need $1000 to install.

Plus it will eat up your stock clutch like it was made of Cheeze Whiz. But maybe by then maybe you could afford a new clutch.

You better have at least 275 rubber out back as well.

its not a good idea to just have enough to buy a turbo kit. there WILL be other issues that arise as a result of the install that demand attention and $$$. unless you are capable of coming up wiht more $ like that in the future in a short amount of time i wouldnt recommend it.

very good advice, the problem with boosting a car thats was originally na is that problems always seem to come up. If its not the clutch its a fuel problem, or an exhaust leak, or an oil leak. I suggest you do more research before spending 5k. Get some rims and a nice suspension setup first.

If you are interested in forced-induction maybe this post belongs in the forced-induction forum. Forced-induction questions in the forced-induction forum. What a concept!

Do you own your car yet? How about sending that 5K to the people that actually own the car so that one day you can own the car? If you do own it then find some nice wheels and lower it and throw on some sway bars on. The 5K is gone......poof.

Very, Very good point. Imagine the amount of interest you will save by making a 5k dollar payment towards your auto loan (that is if you dont own it). +1 TK2005

5k would not pay for all of that plus labor to install.

His dad is a mechanic and will install his stuff... Read the whole post...

I say get your N/A mods out of the way 1st. 5K is no where near enough to go Boost safely, unless your going N2O. I say go NX, get all the proper upgrades (roughly 3K) then spend 2K on rims. There your fast as hell, fsafe as hell and your car looks good.
