the earlier models were like... 5.4 seconds from 0-60
as with all cars they grow fatter and get more horsepower and doesnt do anything but go slower...
the 2003 Zed car was definately the quickest @ 5.4 seconds 0-60 tested

thats shameful
i think motortrend tested a 2004 track model that did 0-60 in 5.3 and the 1/4 in 13.77 . those are the best #'s any magazine has ever done on a stock Z. so thats what im quoting.
i think the best i saw for a 2006 was 5.68 or something like that
isnt there a way to take 1/8 miles or 60ft times and put them into a formula for 0-60?

A stock Z (regardless of which model/year) is in the range of 5.7-5.3

ive always wondered the process myself. how many runs to they do for a car. i mean do they hop in the car and run it a couple times and say ok that'll work. or do they run the hell out of the car until they get a good time? because its all about the launch and as people who do any kind of drag know launches can vary alot from time to time

True, but at least it'll look nice, and nothing some suspension upgrades to counteract torque steer & front wheel drive that won't help to get it around a track. Can't wait to see what the aftermarket companies have planned for the new civic.
