Thanks, The lower bolt holding the hood sensor sheared off. The problem is that I can't get a power drill to access the bolt and drill it straight on without pulling the bumper/headlight. If there was part above the surface I could try some vice grips and grip the portion above the surface, but that won't work either.

I'll probably try some JB Weld since their page claims that it can be machined and that its like a cold weld. I haven't used it before but I guess there is nothing to lose at least

NOOO DO NOT USE JB WELD....when they say it can be machined they mean drilled and tapped (threadded) to take a bolt...but it will not take the torque of twisting a glued together bolt.....i fear it will get in the threads and make it harder to get the broken bolt out....can you take any pictures? i will ask a machinest to give me his ideas if i can't come up with one...

Here are some pictures, in the first the bottom left of the picture is the passenger headlight. The sheared bolt is actually hidden, but its right above the ground wire. In the last two I took off the hood sensor and took some more pics. The pics were a bit blurry, but hopefully this helps.

ok, good pictures, that helped, hard to see your angle but can you get to the broken bolt from behind? there may be a nutplate you can access...perhaps a bump, you would also see one for the good bolt that is still in

Default oh yeah :)

I didn't even think of that, I can see the bolts from the wheel well, so I only have to take the tire off, yay

Thanks for your help!
