I'm in the market for an 06 Z in either Enthusiast OR Track version. I don't know which is the better buy. If I go with the Enthusiast, I will upgrade the brakes, wheels, intake, exhaust, etc. I will do the same to the Track less the wheels & brakes. Is the cost difference of the Track (brakes/wheels) worth it over the Enthusiast? Thanks in advance.

I think upgrading wheels ~3k and brakes ~2k from an enthusiast which you can get for $28k new = $33k after brakes/wheels. I guess the Track might be a little bit more. I dunno, i'd go for enthusiast, b/c track already comes with cloth seats so no loss there, + you'd get better breaks, like 6 piston, and rims which you like (even though 06 rays are nice)...
Me personally, I'd get enthus and mod it. Maybe someone here with a different take on track would have better input.

 

if you actually wanna track your car then go-ahead and get the Track model if your just want a street car-weekend racer and want to get the mod bug get the enthusi
