well i bought my z about a month ago its an 03 track with right at 30k miles.. naturally i was kinda worried about some of the common problems with the 03s.. so today i stopped by my local nissan dealor (they were awesome helped me out a ton!) they pulled up the record of my car and i found out.... the toe end was fixed and tires replaced at 18k miles. the window motors were replaced at 20k miles and the transmission was just replaced at 25k miles.. so the 3 big problems have all been fixed recently. i talked to a technition and he said they have not seen problems with z's after they have had these things fixed so i should be good now... not only that but i also found out that a 100k mile 10 year extended warrenty was purchesed on my car and there is no time limit to transfer it so all i have to do is contact the origional owner and get him to sign it over to me and i ahve to pay 35$ and i will have it... this is good news! oh yea and i was told that if i make an appointment they will replace my rear deck struts under warrenty because they are starting to get worn out..
