Hahaha once the car is back and everything is on, you will be begging me not to post anymore pictures because you will see them EVERYWHERE lol. Gotta keep the sponsors happy...

BTW, hows your project going with the headlight covers?

I finally got my Pathfinder fixed so its out of the garage now. That means I can start working on the covers. I think I finally found the fastening solution I was looking for. I just have to make a bracket and test the fasteners out at speed. I've got a couple of other carbon projects coming up quickly. I've got a hood like the one you have, only its damaged. I'm having my bodyshop guy fix it and I'm going to make a mold from it. Also, I've got some Top Secret Splash guards on the way too. So, I'll be knee deep in carbon soon. I'd say about 3-4 weeks and I'll have something for you.

Awesome! I can't wait. Man if you were to make a dry carbon vented hood I would fly down to Illinois just so I can buy you a drink lol.

The tires on the right are the ones I will be running on the rear of my Z. Both tires are 315/30/18, the one on the left is a Michellin Pilot Sport Cup and the one on the right is a Nitto NT01. I don't know why the Nitto is bigger, but I also don't care since it still doesn't rub!

Because I know this question is coming...wheels are an 18" x 9.5" Nismo LMGT4 +30 offset. And yes that is a bit wide for a 9.5" rim, but it still works. This same setup has been run on the track by VRT for quite some time, but with the Sport Cup tire instead of the NT01.

They were $600 for fabrication and $300 for paint. They housed two 10" Fosgate P2 subs and it hit pretty damn hard. You can probably save a few on the paint, I went to the most expensive, but best, place in Vegas.

were they custom made 1 time only. Or can you buy them like the wickedcas boxes? If they are custom then cool, but if you can buy them throw a link at me! Thanks

At this point, if you want a JWT TT and live on the west coast, VRT is the go to place.

My hope is their customers are pleased with VRT's work. One bad experience with an unhappy customer can scare away 10 more potiential customers, especially in the age of internet and forums.

VRT, you have a bit of the spotlight for the time being, use it wisely.
