Angry Windshield fluid all over my side window!

Dammit, this keeps happening whenever i use windshield washer fluid while the car is moving! It always ends up all over my side window and never fails to make a freshly washed car looke like ****! I tried leaving the window open, but it started dripping on the interior door panel! What the hell?!

It's called wind. It blows across the car and makes things go from the front to the back. For example, windshield washer fluid, .

Did Nissan initiate a recall for that problem?

I've yet to use the washer fluid to clean my car on a dry day. Only when it is raining. I thought this was an assumed issue.

I only wash my windshield at a gas station or at home. Never use the waser fluid if it's not raining.

This wouldn't happen if you always drove in reverse.

This could be hijacking the thread but I don't think it's going anywhere anyway so I'll ask. For days after washing the car whenever i roll down/up my windows there is always streaks of water or some kind of liquid (i assume its water) I know after washing the car this will most likely happen, but sometimes it hasn't rained in forever and I haven't washed my car in awhile and still my windows get dirty when rolling it up. It's really starting to **** me off. Anybody else know what I'm talking about?

yep happens to me all the time.. but it goes away like a day after i wash the car... maybe your windows hold more moisture than most?

Looks like I'm not the only one who finds this to be a major PITA. Crappy as it is, you can't fight the laws of nature. The only recourse I've found is to avoid using the washer fluid at high speeds unless absolutely necessary.

I noticed that too, at first I thought it was the greasy window problem, but it was water, not grease.

Why would you need to use the washer fluid on a freshly washed car???

ZOMG!!!!!! I think you got a lemon there. But don't worry, I'll be glad to take it off your hands since Nissan fails to fix that pesky "fluid over the side window" business.

I've noticed that the cement around my car gets wet as well when it rains. Who sould I call at Nissan about this obvious factory defect?

I've also noticed that when I wash my car that it can occassionally get wet and stays wet unless I dry it with a towel, WTF?
