Default So the Z is totaled.....

Just got the word that my Z is going to be totaled The insurance said that it was a close call and that the estimate is 1k from the totaling price but they think there might be rear suspension damage so they don’t want to risk fixing it.

The estimate added up to 18k so its a lot more then I thought!

Now its negotiation time to see what they will give me for it and how deep in the hole Ill be

Any advice on talking to the insurance people or if they will pay me for rims and other mods I had?

Thanks

they should be able to give you market value for the wheels...just work with your adjuster...mine gave me full retail for my parts on my totaled car without some of the receipts

if aftermarket parts are not damaged and they won't pay for it, you can take them off and replace them with stock stuff....

just a thought
