Ok, my friend from japan got back to me. He spoke to the Nissan dealer mechanic in Japan. The price of the integrated key/fob is roughly $150. That mechanic also isn't sure about the frequency... Hmm... I'm debating if I should go ahead with this rather pricy experiment...
If you can get a Nissan part number, I'm sure that somebody here will try it out for us. Heck, I'm guessing that somebody from PerformanceNissan would order it, try it out and if it works...sell it off of their website.

that is soooo not a good idea, but do it anyways so we can all find out if you fail or not
Remember, the key needs to have the chip inside (immobilizer) and be programmed so that the car will turn on.
Before purchasing it, you are probably better of asking/find out if the dealership here can program a key from another country.
GTR Key from the R34 skyline will not program for 350Z...
I remember you already did this experiment. The key discussed in this thread is the FairladyZ key for the JDM. It's basically the key with the fob all-in-one. Just like all the other car manufacturers have now a days.
