Many of you have had your Z for quite awhile now. What would you say are the ups and downs of your Z.

All ups for me.

I can't think of a single down. Most fun car I've owned......well, the back seat of my T-Bird vert did provide some fun times in the 60s! LOL!

Ups: Aside from the obvious, the looks and remarks you get when you stop.

Downs: Replacing the damn top every 10K miles.

Ups: driving, clickity shifting, intimate steering, fits like a glove, feels like first time getting high, chicks staring and yelling horny comments, dumb *** brother jealous, dumb *** colleagues jealous as they're girlfriend comments to you in front of the dumb ***, getting comments from drive thru restaurants, family meets and all relatives are drooling (my cousins bf has 2 lambos, 2 porsches turbo, 2 70k SUVs and now I am the center of attention muahaha).

Downs: maybe too too good for the ego. Roof might be too small for the coupe as head is getting bigger.

Ups - Performance for the $, fun factor, the looks you gets, MPG, and how it handles the twisties.

Downs - Noisy stock tires (we can fix), cheap stereo (we can fix).

But, then again they have to save on a sports car that costs $25K somehow.

Ups
That little glance back when you walk away from the car
Seeing your car's reflection in glass as you drive past
Lots of power / torque
Nice meaty RWD handling
Great for the track

Downs
Idiot Nissan dealers - choose one carefully
Car repayments
buying tires
Insurance
Registration fees
Gas

Ups:
fun factor
75% of the time I get gas, I get into a conversation with a stranger
TONS of aftermarket support (one of the reasons I sold my last car)
everyone wants a ride
I have a nicer car than my parents

Downs:
Gas prices (but hey, you pay to play)
High car payments
Worrying about the dreaded transmission problems (though with 16k on the car, I haven't had one issue yet...knock on wood)
Retarded hatch only opening half the time (dealer can and WILL fix it)
