Z-ers help me out here...

My dealer tells me after checking with there contacts, that my 350 will be built in July and will arrive late September/early October.

Thats is a big shock for me since I placed my order back in Jan 21st. Do a small dealer in Ohio has less priority for Nissan America than a dealer in Miami? Why I am getting it so late?
or should I just ignore his comment by believing that the car will still arrive in early August?

What is your expected Delivery/shipping date?

Your dealer probably knows as much as you about the exact delivery date of your car. As InternetABYSS pointed out, until either you or your dealer receive more specific info from NNA (such as VIN etc.) the official party line is still Aug-Oct.

 

my guess is you aren't on his Jun production order, so he is guessing Jul production for a Sept. delivery. Don't want to burst any bubbles, but it could be October. Mine isn't a Jun production either, but I'm kinda hoping for an October delivery for financial reasons.

 

My salesman told me last month that mine will be the August delivery. He had a list of names on a piece of paper, that has all the current orders and waiting list. The dealership will get 2 cars first, and then 2 weeks later will be another shipment. This is Mossy Nissan of Houston.

 

The dealer told me to expect an August delivery date as well but I would never rely on what a dealer tells me.

If he's right and it comes in August i will be riding that car with the biggest **** eating grin the world has ever seen..lol.

However given my choice of color and trim, Brickyard and Enthusiast, I don't think it's going to be at the top of the production run even though I ordered back in Feb and have been twice confirmed.

Oh well..may not be one of the first, but I will be one of the few!

you're right... Brickyard will be very few. My favorite color has always been maroon. Some reasons, I went for lemans (I loved the concept car!)
