My first mod was Brembo, lines and pads. Very happy with it. I was tought that if performance was the priority to improve the car from the ground up.

I agree. Modding an N/A car's motor is just frustrating. Go for handling! Brakes, wheels, camber/toe, sway bars, etc.....

I would say CAI, cat back exhaust, anti-sway bars. After that, go FI.

Why spend $280+ on a CAI when 1: Popcharger is $110 & 2: You plan on going F/I?

It depends on you goals but I stand behind the Popcharger, Spacer, Race Pipes, & Pulley. I could almost bet I get better gains from those four mods for less money (around $800) than your recommended CAI, & Cat-Back for $1000-$1200.

Yup My Stillen SC Stage II, brace, and hood are in and waiting to be installed! I realize that you can bypass the catalytic converters and get cheap horsepower, but I cannot seriously recommend race pipes for street use. CAI vs popcharger, I really can't get too excited about that debate.

Default my .02

I'd go...and I have so far.....

Springs and Sways (Tien and Hoskis)

Wheels and Tires (Axis 20"s and BFG KDWs)

Shifter (Nismo)

Exhaust (Nismo CatB)

Next:
Lip or Front End
Spoiler
Tint
CF Hood
BIG TIME AUDIO (Sorry, couldn't hear myself)

Anyway...your car, your money...do as you please.

Price everything there please? Those mods are very expensive!!! I still stand behind what I suggested.

If you have a grand and a popcharger go with TD exhaust and test pipes. You wont be disappointed with the growl.

Depends on the kit and how much boost you'll run. SEARCH.

be frugal, buy from the classifieds, dig around on ebay and take advantage of our great vendor deals.

so far for me

JWT Popcharger: $120 DYI (new)
Borla TD: $400 installed (classifieds)
UR Crank with belts: $160 shipped (egh3y)
Kinetix HFC's: $160 shipped (classifieds)
Near future some topspeed headers?: $200 shipped (classifieds)
Motordyne 5/16th with ISO: $250 shipped (new)

Damn, almost got all my mods for under $1000. I have no desire to drop another 1/3 of the original price of my car to go F/I.
