I have pulled all the interior parts out of my car and it was a little more difficult than other cars. However, everything pretty much snaps out.
As far as the dash is concerned... It's already charcoal color right? If so, the rest of this project wouldn't be too hard. Now if you have to pull the dash out .... Your better off just selling her and getting what you want or dying the dash. JMHO.
Now on a new $30K car I wouldn't dye the interior. However, I have been known to dye the dash on 5-6 year old cars to get what I wanted. However, the dye just doesn't last as long as the factory color. You might have to respray it 5 years down the road to get the color back looking fresh. Even that's not a big deal.
It just depends how far you want to go with it all.

Are you sure you want the black interior? Take a long hard look...it's not bad, but I think the frost looks a little richer. I do think a black interior w/frost seats would be hot.
