Blue Smoke?
I've noticed a large amount of blue smoke coming out of the tailpipes on my 2005 Z. I seem to be burning oil. Has anyone had this problem? I'm pretty sure it's the piston rings. I have a Kinetix intake manifold, Injen intake, Test pipes, and Stillen exhaust... not enough extra power to cause this type of problem. I'm taking it in this week. Hopefully they don't hassle me about the warranty.
its probably leaking from the valve stem seals, or the piston rings, both of those leaks cause burning oil. If its the stem seals, a valve job should take care of it. Either way, let the dealer worry about it.
did you listen to the people who said it was ok to ring the nuts off it from new instead of running the car in first..........oh dear.
And with those modifications, you don't have a warranty.

Sure he does, he should just either return the car to stock or find a mod friiendly dealer. Even if they are not mod friendly then they have to PROVE his mods caused the damage. However, I do just avoiding this and returning the car to stock before hand. At leat the parts you can do by yourself for free.
