Is z an intermediate or high perfromance car (on insurance)
Does anyone know what their insurance classifies their car as, as far as insurance goes?

I've never heard of those categories. Just call your agent and get a quote.

my old insurance dropped me when i got the Z, it was considered a high risk vehicle and i had to go under a different policy
I'm 21 and have had only one claim, and no tickets... i pay $1100 semi annually

I was charged a "high performance" surcharge when I notified my insurance company (Farmers) that I got a Z.

If you're an unmarried male under 25, you will get raped. If, in addition, you have ANY tickets or accidents in the last three years, you will find it difficult to get insured on a Z.

I guess there are benefits to being old. I'm 40, only pay $248 every six months and no "high performance" surcharge.

i'm umarried and 22 with 4 speeding tickets and i only pay $600 every 6 months for full coverage
