Why just a C6 Coupe? The only vette I'd buy today is the Z06. Even then it would play second fiddle to my NSX.

The only thing wrong with the c6 is that the Z06 can be had for not a whole lot more money, and is a huge step up in performance.
Personally I wouldn't be satistified owning a regluar C6 knowing that there's a Z06 to be had.
Since the OP is getting rid of a track Z, it makes sense to splurge to get the Z06, a step up from the regular C6.
