The funniest one was today when a guy and his girl in a toyota celica revved
me at a red light I laugh at him as the light goes green and he stalls out with
a cop three cars back from him that he failed to check b4 making a fool out of himself.

 

Excuse me, I meant that I crushed the Jeep. No way could it have beatin me. It must have been 5 cars I beat him by.

 

Too many to list. . . usually civics, STI's, Evos. But like I said before too many.

 

I most be getting too old and look like I drive too conservatively.

I don't get rev'd at by anyone. But, then again, I really don't give them a chance. That's why I go to track to race. Cause around here there are just pick-up trucks, SUV's and Ricers.

The last time I was rev'd on was a CRX Si that I knew from a local shop with NOS. I was driving my 300ZX boosted to 10psi at the time.



The CRX Si was all stripped out and primer with slicks on the front. Roll cage etc... We had a roll on a couple years ago at about 40mph on the freeway going uphill. I was pulling on him pretty good until he hit the NOS then he caught up to me about 90mph and had to shut off the NOS 10sec plus shot. Remember this was uphill. Then as we crested the top of the hill at 120mph I backed out and he did a flyby at over 120 or so. So, I just fell back and kinda wanted to just wave a hello. Because the car was pretty fast for what it was. Loud as hell unfortunately.
He just kept his foot in it at over 100mph so we never acknowledged each other. I wasn't going for a win. Just a wave. I had him on torque going uphill and I knew it but heck if I was going to start another race going downhill at over 100mph.

Typicial fly by boy ricer..... It was fun. It was fast. There wasn't a sole on the road and it was a power race more than a get there quick race.
I thought it was fun ..... But, I know the devil got me cause I rarely race on the street. It's just not like it used to be. I mean who wants to spend the night in jail with a bunch of drugies. Not me !!!!

So, my street racing days are over ..... but, my track days are still going strong. It much fairer on the track so why even bother on the street.

I'm sure the guy was bragging to his buddies that I beat a 300ZXT AE.

We'll I just didn't want to be part of the guys demise at over 140mph. He simply didn't have control of that light weight car and at over 120 he was moving around a lot and I was quite stable.

One thing about Z cars is that they are stable at speed !!!

Everytime someone wants to race, I watch them pull up alongside... and 9 times out of 10, it's a slammed Accord.

 

11.7 the first time at the track. And I suck at launching.

edit: and I already know you'll call BS cuz I don't have a slip cuz I was in a test and tune in Canada, and it was only shown on the display board and not a real slip, but it's ok. I welcome you to run me and add a Altima SER to my "easy kills that I don't need to remember" list.

I've only had my 2006 magnetic black touring for 1.5 weeks, and already the retards think I wanna race 'em.

2006 Mustang GT with that Flowmaster sh**. Heavy afternoon traffic bumper to bumper. He has a little room in front of him in the other lane, so he revs it a little as he passes me. Idiot almost ran into the car in front of him.

30-day tagged SRT-4. He was going 30 in a 35. I passed him because if I'm not driving 7 over the limit, traffic is too heavy. He thinks because I passed him that I wanna race. So he revs up and passes me after he catches sight of me. The thing that made it great was the fact that we had just entered the 25mph zone in front of city hall/sheriff's HQ/county jail. The idiot was going a good 20mph over the limit in the most densely policed area in the county. It's a shame he didn't get ticketed in his pretty little neon.

 

I guess one of the best parts of living in Los Angeles is the amount of exotics that are daily driven around here. Last Sat. me and my girl drove out to Venice for breakfast and I decided to take the 405 back into the valley. Its wide open at 9am and im doing 90ish. Then like a bat out of hell a Ferrari 430 passes me up.......So I catch up and this guy are moving at about 120-130mph side by side. Then he was done toying and found the gas pedal.

I only got challenged once and that was a 99 Camaro SS. He paced me for about 30 sec reving his engine which sounded mean. I didn't race him though. If we were on the freeway then I would have played with him.

 

I can't say that most of the harrasement comes from a certain vehicle....to be honest I can't even think of a civic that has tempted me.....a few lexus (one in a whataburger drive through....idiot), older 5.0 stangs, a turbo eclipse, audi a6, an older cobra..(wanted to race him, but there was too much traffic), and a 570hp supra.....we were dead even till about 120 then he puledl on me. I draw a lot of attention since my exterior looks pretty much stock except for my wheels and brakes. But its all in good fun, dangerous and illegal yes, but good fun.

 

Funniest harrassment I ever had was with a Scion XBox. I heard him bounce redlined in second gear but I still pulled out in front of him of course without going over 4000 rpm.
Also a Chevy Lumina, 1991 or 1992 model. That was hillarious, he was trying to cut off traffic and all that. I noticed his car really really leaning, like about to tip over.
Corvette C6 (not Z06) put an *** whoopin' on my stock Z the way it should have. So no big deal.
Mudstains galore, and a handful of FF type hondas. Hmm... now that i think about it, no random S2000s have harrased me, only my brother's.

In the past, my volvo S40 and a yellow vette. He may have had the power but i had the brains. I most have past him and was miles in front of him.

LOL, I was also wondering if I was the only one whose Z got harassed.

I live in SoCal and for me the number one harasser would be the full-size Ford and Chevy trucks. Sometimes I take the bait but it’s over by the time I reach the speed limit.

Other offenders would be the S2k and Neons or whatever they are called.
