Default in a dilemma :-(

ok, i am planning on buying an 06 enthusiast in about 3 weeks...but just recently (i dont know why) ive been looking at the sti's for some reason...dont get me wrong..i love the Z, but theres something about the sti that the Z doesnt have..first of all..the looks of the Z are amazing, but the sti has its own characteristics that make it so special...i kno that this is a Z thread and almost everyone here will probably at some point disagree with me...and i know i am not the only one whos been through this stage...can anyone give me advice please?,.. thanks

The STi will not peel out at like 40-80 MPH and then lose control like the Z....Buy the STi.

If you're in the market for a car that's not an economy sedan turned into a rod, get a Z. But if you dig what the STi does for you, then be all means get it. You just have to drive both, and assess what you want.

WTF is an STi?

Is that like an STd, just in the infestation stages? Do you have to upgRade to get the performance. Or is is like an STD Type-R

^I'm pretty sure deviant was being sarcastic due to the fact the originator has proven he is less than bright by posting "Can the Z peel out at 40-80mph?" in another thread.

To the originator, please buy the STi. 4 Recaro seats are beautiful. The car is quicker from a dig. It's just way better than the Z. *roll eyes*

Yes, I was being an ***.

To be honest, very little compares to the Z. Certainly not an Impreza.

Granted, Subaru makes some wonderful cars, and have a great reliability reputation, but it's still a grocery getter; a relatively fast, dirt road compatible grocery getter.

if you were to floor the accelerator of the Z at around 40-80 mph..would the tires like spin out or like peel out then lose control?
