hey guys i need some help. i wanna get the UR pulley kit. but ppl r telling me to just get the crank pulley and not the rest coz they dont do anythign. is that true? should i just get the crank? or should i get the set. i wanna get MAX performance out of my pulleys pls help

all you'll need is just the crank piece...the entire matching set is for cosmetics only. Underdrive ur pulley is one of the best bang for the buck.

 

I have a brand new UR crank pulley with belts...with instructions...never installed. Black. $175 plus shipping if your interested

 

if you get the set, you'll save about 6.5 lbs. Only the crank will give you power, though.

 

When it comes to pulleys, we usually sell just the crank pulley. There's no real performance benefit with going with an entire pulley set over just the crank pulley.

I have just the crank and love it. I would stay away from the kit if you plan on any aftermarket large stereo. Whatever you do buy the Gates Belts.
