You guys are too funny.
Honestly, I am a FAT middle aged woman and find the seats quite comfortable, so fat and a woman has nothing to do with it. The head rest is okay too because it does put you in a good driving position (IMNSHO) and is nothing like the Mercedes SLK cars which have a horrible headrest. Not as nice as a BMW which does tilt forward, but the Z is fine. If she is really uncomfortable a simple little neck pillow should help and stop the complaints.
Maybe she doesn't like your driving and is using the seats as an excuse not to ride.....

All I know is the Touring Roadster seats are 100x's better then the Enthusiast Roadster seats. I drove my brothers Enthusiast for 2 hrs and time I got to where I was going I was stiff and sore.
Have to remember that the 350z is a sports car and the seats are designed to hold you in place first, comfort is a after thought for the designers. She's probably used to sedans like the Accord or Camery where the seats are flat with basicaly no bolsters on the sides, in these cars Comfort comes first and performance 2nd.

So does she have a problem with the seat(the thing that touch your butt and back)? Or does she have a problem with only the headrest?
Because the headrest is deceptive by name, it is there to stop your neck from going all the way back in a car accident, you know, it helps to not break your neck, it is not there for you to sleep on. That, or tell her that your lap is softer then the headrest...
I don't know anyone who put's there head on the head rest while driving. And if you are going on long trips, take a pillow for the girl.

The only problem I have with the seat is the awful seatbelts which are not adjustable and hit my neck in exactly the wrong place. I would imagine that is a fairly common complaint for the vertically challanged.
