I'm driving my beater?
My friend and I, who both have 350's, were out today and saw a SB Z getting on the freeway. Were were in his second car and I told him that when I am in my Z, I rarely see other ones, but I always do in my civic. I've even caught myself waving at them, and then realize I'm in the wrong car after they give me a wierd look Anyone else have this happen frequently?

 

Yep, I drive a sedan to work so I can go out to lunch or drop off people at the airport. I always seem to see Z's on the way to work. I have caught myself a couple of times wanting to wave and realized I would just look like an idiot. Doh !!!! When my co-workers find out I own a Z the question always comes up. "Did you drive you Z today?" "Because I wanted to see it and maybe get a ride from you." Generally, I just tell them it's a weekend car and I need to bring the sedan to work so I have room to haul their phat @$$e$ around. Lol !!!

 

I wave to bikes all the time when in my cars. yup, idiot.... =)

I don't think I've had any other Z owners give me a wave even when I drive my Z. I did have a RX-8 owner flash his lights and wave the other day though.

So true. Just saw a DB ZR yesterday while driving my Accord. The license plate was 1QUICKZ. Anybody here own that roadster?

 

not just Zs....I seem to see the hottest girls stop next to me at a light whenever I drive a beater car, but when I'm in my Z, they're never around....

My problem is I never pull up next to any kind of asphault-muscle...they're always at the stop light going the opposite way!! Can't very well have fun racing each other on opposing sides of the street!

 

LMAO!! This is my story!! Eveytime I'm in my S-10 truck I see tons of Z's!! I was on the hwy in Atl this past weekend (in the truck of course) and saw 9 Z's!! Last time I drove the Z to Tampa I saw 1 Z the whole 3hr trip!! I figure it's Murphy's law of making you feel bad for not driving the Z!!

 

lol, no kidding. Seems when I'm driving my Viper I see more Z's .
