I was driving by and some dude in his truck was staring had like a PA system installed and out of no where he said "Nice Wheels!" LOL

 

so many ******** in this thread. ill add mine.

donald trump saw my car and offered 5 billion for it, had to turn him down since he wanted to do an auto swap.

 

After leaving a convience store I walk outside to some older guy looking up and down at my car, first thing he says is "nice z28 Camaro" lol

 

This happen today. I'm driving to the restaurant with my lady friend and it's her first time in the car. After a few minutes she says "it sounds nice, did you put some new pipes on it?" I didn't correct her. I just smiled and said "baby that's the signature sound of a high performance Z sports car." LOL Mine is bone stock!

 

A fellow employee asked me if my car was "steamed rice" ... I was like dude wtf?

Another dude asked me if it was my girlfriends car haha.

Other than that no one seems to GAF.

But by golly I break my neck looking at her when I walk away. I actually wish I can bring her in the living room with me.

 

you know you bought the right car if you turn and admire it when walking away

I had my cousin test drive the car for me before I traveled across the states to the dealership..

When he talks about the Z, mind you, he knew everything about the car and was completely ecastic when I brought it by.. Anyways, he says "The Z is soo Porsche-esque," and then continues to describe all the features and talk about the lines on the car to one of the neighbors who happened to stop by the house.

A coworker of mine saw a picture I had says, "WHOA, that's like a 100k dollar car!
Same guy then says "Is that a Porsche?"

The hands-down best comment is, "It's much nicer than that other ugly car (Evo IX MR) you wanted."

 

Again, I reiterate..... Anyone who mistakes and insults my cars by thinking they're Porches (yeah, yeah, I know I misspelled it) doesn't deserve a response.

And again my disclaimer: Nothing against Porsches, fine cars they are. Yes I had one. Note the key word: "HAD" and still love me some Z better.

EDIT: Whoa.... dayam, hit 1300 with this post. Not tryin' to catch Trav or anything in his quest for 20k but that averages out to 2.73 posts/day since I just celebrated my 1-year anniverary here....

 

Driving down the Interstate with a puke brown colored Charger in front of me. There was a car in front of it and then me. The first car pulls off an exit and the puke car pulls over into middle lane. I come up along side it and wave and continue along the interstate at the SAME EXACT SPEED as before.

The puke brown car was a plain car Trooper. Pulls in behind me and lights me up with BLUE lights everywhere on that PUKE brown car. After stopping he comes up to the car and says "That is an awesome looking car, but did you know how fast you were traveling.?" I responded by saying that I had been following him. He laughs and then goes on about how sharp looking my Z is and that he really wants to get himself one if his wife would let him. He lets me go after telling me that there are two more state tropper's up ahead and to watch it for the next few miles until I hit the state line.

He walked all the way around the car before telling me to have a nice day as he went back to his PUKE brown unmarked car.

North Carolina unmarked troppers car have the worst color.

 

 

 

You should paint your car puke brown, I think it would suit you well.

The best compliment I always get is when I can see my car from inside a store/restaurant and see people walking by and staring at it

 

Best 350z compliment is marvel featuring one in the beginning of their movies in cartoon version... I guess FnF 3 was a good compliment also, and I think that garbage movie torque.

 

I don't get as much compliment as I did in my 300ZX, but my favorite in the 350Z is "Wow, nice Porsche" or "Is that a Porsche?" remarks
